Shi Quan Da Bu Tang (Ten Tonics Nourishment Soup)

I just love to drink Shi Quan Da Bu Tang (Ten Tonics Nourishment Soup). I'll always bug my mum to have my maid boil this cos it's my favourite herbal soup.. However, I'm the only one who loves this soup this madly in my family. I decided to try cooking it myself and I found it almost effortless to prepare! Well of course, the pre-mix helped a lot! This costs about 10 bucks and 3 hours to cook.

One pack of Shi Quan Da Bu Tang (Ten Tonics Nourishment Soup) pre-mix
2 litres of water
1 spring chicken (I did not use the entire chicken)

Pig Stomach and Intestine Soup

I cooked this peppery Pig Stomach and Intestine Soup last week. This is one of those dishes I grew up drinking and loved it. Since my mum didn't wanna cook it (I suspect that she doesn't know how to), I tried cooking it on my own. I guess it wasn't seasoned enough or maybe cos' there wasn't pork bone/ribs in it.. there wasn't much taste. I added chicken seasoning so it was like 'cheating'. The soup was okay, but not good enough. I shall go steal some skills from my aunty who's an expert at cooking this dish and share the recipe again! (:

Miso Clam Soup

This Miso Clam Soup is a relatively simple dish I got inspired by when I was shopping at Daiso. Indeed, Daiso is one of my favourite haunts. This soup is relatively cheap as 8 sachets of miso soup paste cost me $2 and a pack of clams was just two bucks!
This soup takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and I prepared soup portion for 4.

Miso Clam Soup Recipe
Ingredients:

4 packets of Miso Soup Paste
1 packet of white clams (I got mine from Cold Storage)
Salt
