Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Cookies

Sin Li was craving for some chocolate chip cookies the day we were out and so we headed to my place to bake us some! These Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Cookies were pretty simple to bake and were fun to eat! (:

Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
This recipe yields 30 - 40 small cookies
Ingredients:

105g castor sugar
57g butter, unsalted
45g corn oil
1 egg
1/4 tbsp milk
128g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
80g dark coverture chocolate buttons
40g peanut butter

Steps:
The ingredients. Preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius.

Add the butter to the sugar.

Add the oil.

Add the vanilla extract.

Add the egg and whisk well!

Add in the flour.

Add in the salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.

Mix well. It should be a dry mix.

Add in the chocolate buttons and stir well.

Add the peanut butter.

Stir the cookie batter gently.

Scoop them on a piece of greaseproof paper and leave sufficient gap between each cookie to allow it to expand. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or till' cookies are cooked.

The cookies! ((: Allow to cool before removing from greaseproof paper to prevent breakage.

Enjoy your cookies! Do store them in an air-tight container should you not eat them within the hour!
