Happy Call Pan Salmon Luncheon Meat Fried Rice

I've always been a fan of luncheon meat. In breads, with breads, stir fried, oven baked, pan fried. I like luncheon meat. This dish was 'created' when I decided to toss 3 of my favourite fried rice ingredients together: eggs, luncheon meat and salmon. Oh by the way, it's not pronounced as "sell-mern" but "sae-mern"! Anyway, this dish took about 20 minutes to cook and prepare cos' I wanted to play with my new cookie cutters! XD

Happy Call Pan Salmon Luncheon Meat Fried Rice Recipe
This recipe yields 2 large portions for 2 hungry people XD
Ingredients:

3 rice bowl worth of rice
1/2 a can of luncheon meat
50g of salmon
(I used salmon bits I had leftover in my freezer)
3 eggs
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
6 clove of garlic

Some oil
Some light soya sauce

Steps:
My ingredients! Check out my new cookie cutters!

Season 2 eggs with some light soya sauce!

Heat up your Happy Call Pan with some oil on medium-heat. Pour the mixed eggs in and cook for 3 minutes.

Flip the pan and cook the other side of the egg for another 3 minutes or till entire egg is cooked.

Slice some luncheon meat and cut them with a cookie cutter! LOVE my new flower cutters!

The cooked egg!

Cut the eggs with another cookie cutter! (: LOVE the cute airplane cutters I've just gotten! (:

Dice the garlic and defrost the salmon (if any).

Slice the rest of the eggs and some diced luncheon meat.

On medium-high heat, heat up some oil for frying the garlics. Fry it for a while till it's fragrant.

Add in the defrosted salmon.

Add in the egg and luncheon meat. Close the lid and shake the mixture for a bit.

Add the rice.

Add the dark soya sauce. Close the Happy Call Pan and shake the pan. Alternatively, you can stir fry it with a wooden spoon.

Rice is all cooked! (:

Assemble! (:

Simple and tasty! Fried rice's just one of those 'dump-all-you-have' dishes for a quick meal! Have fun! (:
