Ramly Fish Burger Platter

This is a simple 'chapalang' meal! The Ramly Fish Burger Platter consists of the fish burger, roasted potatoes, steamed butter corn, mixed salad and baked beans! This meal took an hour to prepare and cook.. I prepared portions for 5 people.

Ramly Fish Burger Platter Recipe
This recipe yields 5 burger platters
Ingredients:

BURGER
5 Ramly fish burger patties
3 leaves of lettuce
1 tomato
6 tbsp shredded cheese

SIDES
STEAMED BUTTER CORN
2 corn
2 tsp butter

BAKED BEANS
1 can of baked beans

MIXED SALAD
1 box of mixed salad
Salad dressing
1 tomato

ROASTED POTATOES
3/4 pack of small potatoes
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

ROASTED POTATOES
Preparing the roasted potatoes! Wash and halve 3/4 pack of small potatoes.

Add the mixed herbs and olive oil.

Mix well!

Preheat Happy Call Pan on low-medium heat. Pour potatoes into Happy Call Pan and snap the cover close.   Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes or till potatoes are cooked to your liking. Every 3 - 5 minutes, give the closed pan a good shake to allow contents to mix and to prevent burning of potatoes.

Love the soft and tasty potatoes!

MIXED SALAD

This is the box salad I bought from NTUC!

As my purple lettuce was rotten, I only used the rest of the vegetable. Cut up the vegetable and distribute into 5 portions. You should get a bigger portion than I did.

I also wedged tomatoes to make the salad more colourful. Besides, I love tomatoes!

RAMLY FISH BURGER
Wash and prepare the vegetable for the burger. I de-seeded and sliced the tomatoes while peeling the lettuce to fit the burger.

This is the fish burger patty I got from NTUC.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the patties for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven to add some shredded cheese and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes till cheese is all melted.

Melted cheese! I should have baked it for a longer time to achieve a browner melted cheese.

STEAMED BUTTER CORN
Fresh corn!

Cut kernels from corn and place in a bowl suitable for steaming.
Steam corn for 10 - 15 minutes or till cooked.

Add the butter in the corn and stir.

BAKED BEANS
The baked beans I used. Portion into 5 bowls.

I love my KA Pot for steaming! ((:

This is the burger bun that I used.

Assemble burger and arrange all the sides on plate!

I LIKE! (:
Have fun cooking a burger platter like this!
