The question I have for is if you can identify if I purchased the right flour. The labeling and packaging has me very confused. I live in the States and finding items are had to come by. Is this Koh fun or fried glutinous rice flour? The French points to yes, the Chinese kinda (my Chinese is horrible), but the English says starch... Please Help!
