Pink Ombre Strawberry Shortcake (Birthday Cake for mama-to-be)

So today, 16 January is my mama-to-be's birthday. The woman who loves me so dearly despite not having any blood ties with me. I'm blessed to be blessed with a great hubby-to-be and a 'new' family. 

So to celebrate her birthday, we're gonna have dinner tomorrow night. As such, I baked her this Pink Ombre Strawberry Shortcake. Am glad that she loves it! (:

Domo-Kun Black Forest Cake

I'm really having a lot of fun baking of late.. just last week, I baked 3 cakes in a day! (: I managed to complete this DOMO-KUN Black Forest Cake with Chocolate Ganache for the fav boy's brother's birthday on Sunday! (: Am pretty glad that the cake turned out so well and I'm motivated to 'play' around with possibly more character cakes! ((: This coming week, I've got 4 cakes to work on! (: PRAISE THE LORD!
