Happy Call Pan Preserved Radish Egg

I LOVE eggs, especially preserved radish egg, or what we'd call Cai Por Nerng. This is one of those dish I can eat alone with plain rice and be contented! Using the Happy Call Pan, I created this Happy Call Pan Preserved Radish Egg. It took 15 minutes to prepare and cook this dish and it yields an omelet the size of a Deeper Happy Call Pan.

Happy Call Pan Preserved Radish Egg Recipe

5 eggs
3/4 packet of preserved radish

The ingredients!

Rinse the preserved radish 6 times to remove unnecessary salt from all the preservatives.

Whisk 5 eggs.

Add the preserved radish into the egg mixture and mix well.

Preheat Happy Call Pan on medium-high heat and add some oil. The oil is important to prevent the omelet from sticking onto the pan. Pour in egg mixture. Cook the omelet for 5 minutes or till' surface is of egg is no longer wet before flipping over to the other side.

Cook for another 5 minutes.

Cook both sides of the egg till the desired brown surface is achieved.

Serve hot! (:

I'd love to see the bakes or stuff you've cooked using the blog's recipe! Do share photos of stuff you've baked or cooked using the blog's recipe with me either via FB message to OR OR via email at! I look forward to hearing from you! (:
