Happy Call Pan Roasted Potatoes

Simple yet tasty, this Happy Call Pan Roasted Potatoes is one of my personal favourite side dish! This takes merely 5 - 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook!

Ingredients:

3/4 pack of small potatoes

1 tbsp mixed herbs

1 tbsp olive oil

This is an awesome 1 dish meal.

I was so amazed at how fast the Happy Call Pan could grill this Happy Call Pan Roasted Chicken and Roasted Potato in merely 20 minutes! 

The meat was so tender and the potatoes were moist and soft!

Preparation took about 15 minutes and about an hour to marinate.
