Happy Call Pan Stir-fry Garlic Clams

I've always loved clams and found them so difficult to cook at home due to all the sand in them! This morning, I was doing my grocery shopping real early at 7.30am at AMK Hub's NTUC and I came across these fresh white clams. 35 cents for a 100g was pretty reasonable so I grabbed a handful amounting to $1.80.

This dish takes 2 - 3 hours to prepare before hands in terms of soaking the clams to rid them of sand but it took merely 10 - 15 minutes to cook!

Stir-fry Garlic Clams Recipe
Ingredients:

1 big handful of white clams (About 400 - 500g)
1 tbsp Shao Hsing Hua Diao Jiu
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
1/4 ginger, shredded
5 cloves of garlic, diced
2 tsp cooking oil (I used corn oil)

Happy Call Pan Banana Leaf Sambal Sotong

This is a more detailed version of the recipe I've posted previously for the Happy Call Pan Banana Leaf Sambal Sotong. I simply love using banana leaf for creating this dish as it makes the sotong more fragrant! This dish is simple to prepare and it takes only 15 minutes to cook and prepare. If you like it to be more fragrant, you can marinate it a couple of hours beforehand.

Happy Call Pan Grilled Saba Fish

This Happy Call Pan Grilled Saba Fish is super simple to cook as it's already been pre-seasoned.
I got it in a pack of 3 fishes for close to $7 from NTUC Finest.
The fact that the Happy Call Pan keeps the oil splattering to the bare minimum thrills me!
This recipe takes merely 10 minutes to cook, no defrosting required!
